Bothell Way Lodge LLC, AFH has been licensed with the state since 2005.
Owner Felix Fildan and his wife Carmen Moise who is a Registered Nurse have specialty training in Alzheimer's, Dementia and Mental Health.
Carmen is also the President of Adult Family Home Nurse Association (AFHNA).
Bothell Way Lodge offers residents the highest quality care in a warm home environment.
Everyone ages. It is an inherent property of life. As our bodies and minds develop over time, we adapt to these changes by modifying our decisions and actions. The later years of life can be especially challenging, but Bothell Way Lodge LLC is here to help. At Bothell Way Lodge LLC, we listen to the needs of our residents in order to understand their limitations and discuss potential solutions. We work with our community members to customize options that will help them lead the lives they want.
Location:
We are located next to Bothell High Scool. Take highway 522 West towards Bothell off I 405 (exit 23). Stay on 522 until you reach NE 180th street, take right. Go up the hill, through the stop sign and we are on the right hand side.

· Client care is managed and supervised by on-site Registered Nurse
· Professionally trained staff available 24 hours a day

· A variety of activities: arts and crafts, Music, Bingo, Books, Magazines, Newspaper, Library on wheels, Puzzles, Outdoor walks, etc...

· Medication assistance and monitoring; coordination with doctors and pharmacy
· Nutritious home-cooked meals and snacks with special diets accommodated
